Have a neat idea that will make the product or experience better? We'd love to hear it!
The team monitors our Feature Requests posts on our Community Page and does a weekly review of the newest and highest rated requests to slot into our workflow. Creating a post with as much detail as possible (mock ups would be great!) really help us understand the full context and needs.
It also helps us plan and sort requests if there is one post per request. For example, if you wanted to have gifs and emoji be available for replies in posts, create one post for gifs and one for emoji (we know how important those emoji are). Be sure to search first to see if your request has already been submitted as well (duplicate requests will be closed). If you see one listed already and you want to throw your support behind it, click the Upvote arrow on the right hand side:
The more upvotes a request receives, the more likely we are to try and include it in our dev planning. Although note that with these things, the highest rated one won't always be the first one added due to a number of technical dependancies we need to consider.
If the request is added into our dev planning, the status is updated to Planned for everyone to track and Completed once it's been completed in development. We'll update the post with details along the way too.
